I stayed atthe Best Western inParis, Kentucky. Room seemed okthen Iwoke upat 3am touse the bathroom. Roaches everywhere. Iturned light onin sleeping area same thing. Istayed rest the night inmy truck. Lady atthe desk ” ohwell I'll make anote ofit. That wasall..

It's the only place intown, and showing it's age while going through afacelift.
Assigned room had nocurtains, but this was resolved and Ihad aclean place tosleep.
Not fancy byany measure, but decent value ifyou're inthe area.00

If you check inlate they make you wait inthe entry way since the lobby isclosed. The entry way isn't heated soyou're freezing while you wait for the slow staff tofigure out what's going onand give you akey, which took about 20minutes.
Took ashower inthe ambut tub was stopped upand the water would not turnoff! Had tochange rooms.
Just spend the extra money and get the higher priced hotel nearby, sadly there's only 2to choose from.00

The front desk lady was overwhelmed itfelt like and due totechnical issues ittook 30minutes tocheck inwhich would have been okif the room was amazing. There isa horrible smell coming from the carpets that very obviously need tobe shampooed. There are stains galore onthe floors and various items (earrings, hair ties, trash etc) around the room. There are stains and dust oneverything inthe room aswell. I'm shocked this hotel has asgood ofa rating asit does. The room was cheap but still overpriced considering the state ofthe room.… – show

The manager treats there employees like trash healways sits inhis office heis very rude the room had stains onthe mattress some ofthe sheets look dirty even the blankets also the floor Isdisgusting looks like they haven’t washed itin years recommend not towalk without socks and the breakfast ain’t worth itn the prices here are outrageous for the rooms tolook like that never coming here again.

Positive: The front desk staff was wonderful. Iforgot myphone charger and asked ifthere was acharging station. One ofthe ladies kindly got her wall plug from her purse for metouse. She said just take itto your room and return ittomorrow. Negative: Difficult tofind due topoor signage. Steps onthe stairway are uneven and itfelt dangerous, especially with myelderly mother.

They are always sofriendly. Comfy beds but bring your own blankets and pillows. Also ifyou don't want toget upearly for the breakfast bring your own coffeepot. I've stayed here everytime imin town

Horrible just horrible! Stayed this past weekend with biker group pool was green asgrass with rocks atbottom good thing itrained anwe didn’t want togo swimming, room was dirty looked like sheets hadn’t been cleaned orchanged since last person who stayed there went upfront toget new sheets tochange myself after alate checkin and long drive front desk tells usshe apologizes housekeeping doesn’t change cover ortop sheet onrooms because they don’t have enough totake them all off anwash them tobe replaced! Then next morning come down for breakfast same older front desk lady from night before was there doing breakfast coughing and hacking upa lung then proceeds totell mean mywife she was sick sowe got our coffee and left only tobe home few days tomy wife now feeling sickly herself sowhen wewent angot checked for her tocome back positive with covid19! Also they jacked the price upfor one ofour nights onthe weekend from95.24to119.99socheck your receipt folks they are scamming people!… – show
