This was our first time in rhodes and we are so glad we picked the olive garden to stay. The staff were amazing. Friendly, helpful and always happy. The food was fantastic with a fantastic selection for both adults and children. I usually don't like the entertainment at hotels and I reluctantly went to a comedy show. It was brilliant, the effort made by the entertainment team was 100% always. So much effort was put into every evening and getting people involved. We will be booking again next year.

We had a great time at this hotel during our friends' trip. The hotel is clean, the food is excellent, the staff is attentive and pleasant. Special thanks for the warm and pleasant communication to the animator Spaghetti and the evening bartender ♥️

Great holiday in Greece! we arrived at the hotel in the afternoon and were immediately greeted very well. We really liked how the hotel staff treats its guests. The water park where we spent time attracted a lot of attention. The animation team was great! Sylvester and Spaghetti worked hard to ensure that we took part in the prepared activities. We also had the pleasure of singing during karaoke and dancing at a white party. The hotel is really impressive, it's nice and quiet but also a lot of activity and interesting attractions :)

I was very pleased with my stay at the Olive Garden Hotel.My room was very good and clean.Cleaned every time it should be.Hotel staff very friendly and helpfull!!Really good food in the restaurant a lot to choose from fruits,meat,fish,pasta,salads deserts and pancakes and sweets for kids.Waterslides and pools gives a lot of fun for everyone and animation team will keep u entartained .Had a lot of fun in the evenings.Really good place to spend your holiday aspecially with kids and loads to see in Rodes itself.Beautiful places to visit!!Really recommended hotel and the island.

Just back from a weeks stay. Arrived in the early hours. Reception staff very friendly, informative and great English. There is a resort charge (we were charged €35). Room quite small but adequate. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and the bedding didn't fit. The room was clean and cleaned daily, with regular bedding and towel change. The air con was a really good and definitely needed last week. The staff?? All of them?? Absolutely amazing!! They all spoke English or tried really hard (a lot better than my Greek!!) There is only one bar and it's outside. The evening entertainment area is also outside. All three pool/areas were great but our 10yo preferred the main pool. Inflatable donuts are provided by the hotel for the waterpark. There are not enough sun beds and people have towels on them at 6am!! Quite a few of the sunbeds were damaged/needed replacing. We had bug (mosquito) plug-in in the room, wristbands, spray and roll on and we got one bite between us (thank you B&M). An awful lot of guests were really badly bitten (not the hotels fault). 10yo did see a co*ckroach in a communal outside area and a couple of lizards. Drinks, especially the co*cktails, were fab. Red Apple😋 The gyros and pizza bar are brilliant!! Only issue is they close at 5pm including ice creams!! The food is OK. There was plenty and they really tried but some evenings we struggled for something to eat (and wish the gyros/pizza bars were open). I wasn't impressed with the kiddy food counter at all. There is nothing (bars, restaurants etc) around/in walking distance from the hotel. The beach is nice and glad we went but one empty restaurant and a shop. The entertainment was repetitive. Literally the same thing, the same time, every day!! The entertainers are friendly and engaging. The kids club was disappointing! Young child/ren, entertaining themselves (colouring) and the member of entertainment staff was on their phone, with their back to the child/ren! We enquired as soon as we arrived for a late room check out (weren't collected until 7.30pm) and told we would find out the day before!! We were finally told 8pm!! There are 2 late room check out options (4pm or 6pm) both are chargeable. If you don't get late room check out, you can use the full hotel facilities and they provide towels/shower gel/shampoo but the one shower in the toilet, wasn't for me! Overall, we had a great week. Staff definitely made the week much more enjoyable.

We have just got back from our best holiday ever. We flew with Easy Jet from Bristol Airport on Sun 26th May 2024 for 1 week all inclusive with a family of 4.The flight took 3 3/4 hours and transfer about 1hr 45 min (5th drop off).We arrived around 1630,knackered and starving. Around the pool they have a pizza place, and a giros pitta hut open from 10am to 5 pm which is included in the all inclusive package(delicious).Not forgetting the pool side bar, which offers hot chocolate, coffee ,ice cream, local beer on draught, non alcoholic co*cktails alcoholic co*cktails, brandy vodka etc included in all inclusive package. The bar staff were so friendly, nothing was too much trouble! The food was fantastic, loads of choice ,and I mean loads. They even have a young kids food station. The meal in the evening started at 7pm till9 30pm.All the waiters and waitresses were very friendly and welcoming(they work damn hard and long hours as do all the staff). The hotel has 2 pools ,and a waterpark with a lazy river running round the outside ,tennis court ,volleyball court, table tennis, and even on site massage etc .Loads for the kids, kids club ,and entertainment at night .Its a family orientated hotel, if you want nightlife you need to travel in to Lindos , The beach is a 10 min walk with free yes free sunbeds ,plenty of water sports everything you can think of. You can hire ATVs cars motorbikes, push bikes there is loads to see. The hotel is a 4 star hotel, the rooms are good with air con and safe ,I really cant find anything negative ,it was a fantastic holiday, all the staff were friendly, helpful ,and went that extra mile to ensure we had the best time. The weather was mid 20s,by the end of the week it was around 29c,so it wasn't too hot. Lardos is a great place to stay and again Olive Gardens cant fault it ,book it you wont regret it!!!

I come to this place with my friends for one week, it is so nice hotel, animators are very friendly and funny, specially Spagetti, he did our holidays really well. Staff is so polite, nice swimming pools and food was so tasty, big asortyment😍😍

I am at the end of a 9 day stay at Olive Garden and I have loved my time here! The staff make this hotel, they are polite, kind and really care about what they do The service in the restaurant is more like a 5 star all inclusive.the staff are so attentive 😊 The staff in reception gave me fantastic advice about more local beaches, places to visit and even organised car hire/ trips at competitive prices. Extra big thank you to Sissy, she sent me to some amazing places!! The pool area is spotless and the waterpark looked lovely. I would say this is an idea spot for a family holiday. And you have bus stops right outside if you don’t want to hire a car and you can get anywhere in the island from these. One piece of advice would be to upgrade to the new rooms at the side of reception. These are lovely and look out over olive groves 😍

Big thank you to all staff for making our holidays unforgettable. Everyone was so top notch. Thank you to housekeeping, restaurant service, bar, entertainment team, reception. Our experience at Olive Garden Hotel was nothing short of fantastic. The food was delicious, offering a wide variety of dishes from grilled meats to fresh salads. The restaurant staff were always smiling and eager to assist. Vasili and Christofos, the restaurant managers, were particularly attentive, ensuring the comfort and preferences of all guests. Our rooms were consistently clean and well-maintained. We had the pleasure of meeting Vasilia, the housekeeping manager, who ensured the highest standard of service. She not only took care of our accommodations but also provided valuable insights on places to visit in Rhodes. The reception staff, including Sisy and Michaela, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They assisted us with car and quad reservations and provided valuable information on services and local attractions. The bar service offered decent drinks, with George, the bartender and ice-cream man, entertaining guests with his unique sense of humor. Kosta, affectionately known as "pitaman," always took care of his customers, serving delicious kebabs. The pizza, especially the margarita, served by the kind lady at the nearby station, was a delight. The entertainment team, particularly Walter, aka Spaghetti, and his friend, ensured a fun-filled experience for both adults and children alike. The hotel's family-friendly atmosphere provided ample activities for kids. It's true what they say – people make the place. We loved the atmosphere of Olive Garden Hotel and experienced true Greek hospitality. The staff were professional, friendly, and accommodating, making our stay memorable. We've visited many places, but this is truly one of the best. We will definitely return someday.

This holiday was one to remember, Walter and Lucas had so much time and effort for everyone at the hotel. They insured that there was entertainment every evening, that the guest were enjoying themselves. During the day they would create conversations with everyone and you always felt like you could say hello. Great holiday will be returning

Brilliant holiday we stayed for two weeks the animation team were amazing great entertainment day an night spaghetti is a hero great with everyone had a great time WOULD DEFINITELY GO BACK 🤩🥳also the town isn’t far away and the bus will take you anywhere on island 🏝️

Lovely hotel Excellent staff Beach about 10 minutes walk,but not Sandy No shops or restaurants nearby Arrived at 12 midnight and was given ham sandwich and small bottle of water If you don't eat ham there is no alternative Kettle in the rooms but no tea or coffee Basic drinks from the bar,if you want water,bottled beer or co*cktails even though you are all inclusive you have pay for those Basic food, help yourself to everything, even wine from the machine No fruit juice, only sugary drinks Entertainment poor Good bus service if you want to venture further afield Wouldn't go back

Super hotel very clean good food we wos family of 7 persons either 3 kids . We enjoyed the tine with the animation a lot of fun with the animator sbagetti . . All the staff wos very freindly .we visit larods the closed village not really big deal bit we liked so much lindos village . In general we had lovely time

We returned from the hotel a couple of days ago, I’m writing briefly to help you decide whether to choose this hotel or not. I apologize for the translation, I used a translator. MINUSES SEWER PROBLEMS -With a gust of wind, there is a foul smell throughout the hotel, guests cannot hide from it anywhere. -In the room after a shower, there is a huge puddle near the toilet. ROOMS -Tired, in need of repair - The safe did not work upon arrival, contacting the reception (3 times) did not solve the problem, with the help of the tour operator too -The lamp sparked, to which the electrician said that this was normal RECEPTION -We contacted you to solve the problems that arose. From my point of view, they don't care, they are imitating work. -There were no glasses for water or dental supplies in the room. At the reception they sent me to the restaurant, your problem, solve it yourself =) -I already wrote about the repair of the safe and the lamp, but we react to no avail. -They asked to call a taxi, they called, waited 40 minutes, the taxi did not arrive, they came up to ask where the car was, it turned out there were no cars) I understand that the availability of cars in the taxi does not depend on the hotel, but I will worry why your guests have been waiting for so long and haven’t they have to leave. Attitude towards guests. Well, that is, we smile, but we don’t appreciate guests. AQUAPARK The wild river is really dirty, with trash and mold. The pool with slides is clean! ANIMATION It's practically non-existent. If you are looking for a hotel with active animation, this is not your hotel. PROS CHECK IN There were few people upon arrival, we paid the tax and immediately got a room. TERRITORY Small but clean! Separate smoking area! Plus! RESTAURANT Upon arrival, you are greeted and escorted to your table, depending on how many people there are and where you want to eat. Very convenient when occupancy is full FOOD European delicious, fresh food. There isn't much choice, but you won't go hungry. Children's buffet Pizza by the pool is delicious! ALCOHOL Local alcohol, decent beer. The only thing is that plastic glasses get boring, even in the evening and not by the pool.
